Hooters was formerly known as the San Remo Hotel and Casino. The transformation was completed early last year. The rooms now look like mini-Hooter’s Restaurants with lots of orange! Overall, I would say that Hooter’s should be known as a value hotel; it really hasn’t caught on like one would expect. Hooters is located off the strip behind the Tropicana; also nearby are MGM Grand and Excalibur.
